Required Documents

  1. Enrollment form of previous institution (fulfil)
  2. Four passport size (3*4) photographs.
  3. 12th grade certificate
  4. Three-year school graduation certificate with a transcript  (grades 10th, 11th and 12th) Marks
  5. Copy of National Identity Card (Tazkira)
  6. A commitment to student
  7. Official letter of ministry
  8. And other documents….

Admission Requirements for Undergraduate Programs

  1. Attested 12th grade certificate.
  2. Graduation certificate or report card from 10th, 11th, and 12th. 
  3. Copy of National Identity Card (Tazkira)
  4. Four passport size (3X4) photographs.

Admission Requirements for 14 Grade Graduate Programs

  1. Attested 14th Grade Certificate (and transcripts for bachelor’s programs) from MOHE.
  2. Graduate students from 13th and 14th with 80% and above grades.
  3. According to article 25, candidates, will stick to its own field. (no opposite field)
  4. According to Article 28, Once passed the required test, student will begin the class from 3rd semester.
  5. Copy of National Identity Card (Tazkira)
  6. Four passport size (3X4) photographs.

Rules of Acceptance of Transferred Students from other Universities

Those students who have completed one or more semesters at other educational institutions, and want to continue their lessons in Maryam University should observe the following rules:

  1. Students who have been transferred from other institutions, just can get admission in their related field.
  2. Transferred students who have not studied some subjects in the earlier semesters and were not include in their schedule, they should complete them in the institute.
  3. Transferred students are required to comply with regulations.
  4. Students must submit their application forms for entering to Maryam University at ministry of higher education of Afghanistan.
  5. The ministry of higher education will contact the previous institute of the student for getting the conversion permission. After obtaining permission from the institution, the ministry of higher education of Afghanistan, during the official letter, accepting as a student at Maryam University. After approving of institute, student’s academic records will be transferred to Maryam University.
